Assumption:
Traditional Social network, AKA community blog, is the user's needs.

What is Social network?!

A traditional social network, like Facebook. An online community to meet others with the same condition, and a safe space to support each other.

Social Review site enables users to submit detailed, structured reviews focused on aspects like technology usage, treatment outcomes, and overall care quality, in order helping others make informed decisions.

This fosters a trusted community where patients can confidently select the best providers based on real, data-driven insights from their peers.

iHealth Social Review Website

Pros

Despite the primary idea, the Review system is perfectly aligned with user needs and could serve the business expansion in the future and reduce the failure risk.

The new system would help to monetize through the Premium Providers Profile access and increase the revenue.

Cons

The iHealth Community Hub is already announced without any primarily research.

Finding a marketing solution to lunch the community hub with focused on  Review System, and integrating the review system in the Community Hub would cause cost and budget overruns.
